  1. i’ve tried this on two phone iOS 6 & 7 and it doesn’t work. volume is up, keyboard clicks are on, am i missing something?

      So sorry for just now replying. I for some reason did not see this comment until now. If you still have the app, do you still have the audio issues? I did make a newer version and it should work fine for you. Let me know if it still does not and we will try to figure out what the issue is.

    Just thought you should know that the videos don’t work.
    Love the app otherwise! Great for inside training since my dog has quite sensitive hearing and gets scared by the normal box clicker.

      Thanks for the heads up! Sorry to hear that the videos are not working. Just so I can double check, what device are you using and what iOS do you have installed? In the meantime, I will look into a update to make sure the problem is fixed.

    Just downloaded the app…I can’t get the Training log to work… I see lines but my keyboard doesn’t come up when I touch it…

      Sorry for the delay! At this point, the training log is only for recording training sessions. On the main screen with the clicker, you will see the words start session. Select that and start clicking. When you are done, you can press stop session. You will then be prompted the info on the session and will be given the ability to save the session to the log. In the future, I’d love to add in notes to the sessions in the log, this feature would allow for you to type a not for a session. Also, you can swipe left on a session saved in the log to delete it. I hope my instructions help and I do appreciate you using Clicker Training. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    I just downloaded the application. So far is fine. However, I would like to know if you can also add tips about birds. I have s double yellow headed and an African grey. They both suppose to be good talkers, however, they only talk few words. They also scream a lot. I may add that they get along great. I would appreciate you consider providing more information/tips addressing this behavior.

      So sorry for the delay! In the next version, I can definitely plan on adding some bird tips. Thanks for the comment and I will let you know when there is an update!

    Sorry to hear that Tiquitta. I’d love to try to figure out why it is not working for you. There have been a few occasions when users have accidentally left the mute on the phone. Could you please check that the small button switch right above the volume buttons is off. If you see red on the button, mute is ON and to hear the click, mute has to be off. Also, once mute is off, make sure you click the volume up button so that the click can be heard. If those two things don’t work, we still have options! Let me know what phone model you have and what version of iOS you have installed. This will help me know what the issue might be. I definitely want to make sure we get it working for you. If we can’t we can of course get you a refund. Thank you for your time!

    I bought app since parrot training was listed on advertisement but I can’t findthe bird section after down loading and paying for it on my iPhone. Also volume is way too low even on loudest setting.

      Thanks for reaching out to me. I am aware of some newer audio issues and I have been working on a new update to help with that. Apple’s new iOS version has made the click more quiet and I am hoping to release the update by the end of Feb. As for the bird training, I do not have any specifics in the app on how to train a bird, but it is the exact same principle than with dogs and cats. The click with a treat immediately after will begin to associate a correct action with the pet. Once they understand the command and the action, they will pick up very quickly. Here is a great video (1st of a series) on parrot training with a clicker. I definitely want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, so please keep me updated and I will let you know when the update is ready as well! Thank you for purchasing clicker training and I can’t wait to hear how well your parrot does with it!

    Volume is turned all the way up but still not hearing any sound. Help!

      Sorry to hear that Amara. I’d love to help out. Just to make sure, is the device unmuted? If the mute switch is red, it is on mute and you won’t hear a click. See this pic for an example: (you would want the “ring” option). Once it is for sure unmuted, open the app and try the volume up button again to make sure it is all the way up. Then try clicking again. If that still doesn’t work, let’s check you device. What device are you on and what is the iOS version?
